A Mother's Anxiety

Received a phone call in the morning from my sweet Momma.

She asked "Have you ever been pregnant before?"
I replied "No" flatly.
"Grandma dreamt that you were pregnant" she continued.
Again, I said "No."
"Last time when you were with J** I dreamt of children often. Did you go for an abortion? If you have an abortion, they would follow you in whatever you do and your fortune would go down..."
I rolled my eyes literally when I heard this. Although I couldn't believe what she was saying, I was surprisingly emotionless in my string of 'NOs' in reply.
Then I asked, "If you can see them, why do you need to ask me? Why don't you try and see for yourself now?" Perhaps by now, my words had a tinge of anger.
The phone was quiet for a few seconds before she said "You look alright except you need more rest and *ba guan would loosen you up" (since I've been complaining of stiff neck and shoulders for days).

And shortly, she hung up after telling me to run some errands.
