Shrimp Mayo Sandwich

Lately, I caught an infection of Sandwich Mania. The symptom includes a fetish-like obsession with sandwiches where it's constantly on my mind. Porno close up images of sandwiches linger in my mind are constantly coupled with advertisement like replay of bouncing lettuce landing on soft buns topped with grilled chicken or fried shrimp or ham blanketed by melted warm cheeses.

So after spending a days watching people make and eat sandwiches on youtube and ogling istock perfect images of sandwiches on google images and drooling tubs and tubs over these, I decided to make my own sandwiches. And instead of making one for myself I made 5 sandwiches for my entire family.

It's Shrimp Mayo Sandwich as indicated in the title. Duh.

What's in in?

> Boiled tiny shrimps ranging from the size of my pinky to really tiny ones. (took me ages to deshell)
>Mayonnaise
>Laughing Cow Cream Cheese
>Some Tartare Sauce
>Apple Cider Vinegar
(I prefer this over lemon juice because I never finish my lemons when I buy them whole)
>A Sprinkle of Paprika
>Tobasco Sauce
>Dried Tarragon

The above are mixed in a bowl.

For the sandwich:
> Sliced hard boiled eggs
> Sliced ripened tomatoes
> Lettuce shredded by hand
> Butter
> Wholemeal bread slices

So the sequence of the sandwich goes like this:
(1) Bread
(2) Butter spread
(3) Lettuce
(4) Tomato
(5) Egg
(6) Shrimp mayo
(7) Bread
(8) Food wrap & pop into fridge for breakfast. =D
